Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We kindly ask customers to carefully review and confirm all order details, including item size, design, quantity, and shipping address, before completing their purchase. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items due to incorrect selections made during the ordering process.

CANCEL AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing and shipment.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Time Frame

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the order delivery date. After this 30-day period, the order will be considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is broken or shattered.
  • The design received is not what you ordered.
  • The size of the product is incorrect.
  • The material of the product differs from what was ordered.
  • The product received is not the item you ordered.
  • The product does not match its original description.

Conditions for Returning Items

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The item(s) must be unaltered or unmodified in any way.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
  • The item(s) must not have been damaged by you. Minor, easily fixable imperfections such as redundant threads are acceptable.
  • Proof of the original order must be provided for the refund.

Proof of Order for Refund

To request a return or refund, please provide the following:

  • The shipping label or receipt.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, etc.).
  • Clear photographic evidence of the defective item(s).
  • Email screenshots of any relevant prior communication with our support team.

Steps for Requesting a Return and Refund

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days with detailed return instructions.
  3. Carefully package your item(s and ship them using a carrier that provides tracking information.
  4. Provide the return tracking number or a photograph of the return receipt to [email protected]
  5. Additional instructions may be provided based on your specific situation.

Please note: Returns will not be processed without prior email confirmation and approval. Do not send items back without receiving our return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these costs will not be refunded.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of our receipt of your returned item(s). Once processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) and the original shipping fee you paid.

Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as processing times vary depending on your credit card issuer’s policies. If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact us at [email protected].
