Refund & Returns Policy

1. Applicable Period
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
Product must be unused, in original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Must include the original invoice or order number.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email us at [email protected] (or submit the form on our “Returns” page) with:
Subject: “Refund/Return Request – Order #[ORDER_ID]”
In the body:
Order number, product name, and quantity
Reason for return or exchange
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business hours and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
4. Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping fee: $4.99 (customer’s responsibility), unless:
The product is defective or damaged by the manufacturer
An incorrect item was delivered
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
