At Gebone, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following guidelines for cancelling or modifying an order:
1. Free Cancellation & Modification Window
Within 6 hours of placing your order, you may cancel or modify it at no charge.
After this 6-hour window, we begin order processing and cannot accommodate modifications, and cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee.
2. How to Request
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately by one of the following methods:

In your message, include:
Order Number
Type of request: “Cancel” or “Modify”
Details: For modifications, specify the exact change (e.g., size, quantity, shipping address). For cancellations, include your reason (optional).
Full Delivery Address (if you are modifying shipping details)
3. Confirmation
Once we receive your request, our team will review and respond—typically within 6 hours during business hours—to confirm that your order has been updated or cancelled.
4. Fees & Limitations
No fee for cancellations or modifications within 6 hours.
10% fee on cancellations requested after 6 hours.
Modifications cannot be made after the 6-hour window.
